This album really is the culmination of my post-college years so far. I'm still experimenting with sounds and styles, sort of running the gamut from noise rap to poppier, more melancholy tracks, and usually lying somewhere in the middle. This, and "Just Sayin" were mainly about me finding a voice. These two releases were about me figuring out how to rap, essentially. What do I want to say? How do I want to say it? How do I want to structure my bars and my rhyme schemes? Hell, how LITERAL do I want to be? All of that is something I've considered, and a lot of this album was me working through that process.
I am also inclined to mention that the store is now functional, so if you like the album and want to show your support then you can take a spin through there and maybe buy a poster or a shirt.
